With the establishment of our custom peptide synthesis services worldwide, GL Biochem is able to offer Custom Antibody Services starting from Feb 2005. It is our goals to provide the best antibody products and services both locally and internationally.  We hope to offer our customer with the right expertise and quality services together with competitive pricing.

GL Biochem provides monoclonal and polyclonal antibody products for our academic, biotechnology, diagnostic and pharmaceutical customers. We are also able to offer immunochemistry services such as purification and conjugation.

Our capabilities in antibody production allow us to offer only the highest quality antibodies. Building upon our experience in providing custom peptide synthesis service, GL Biochem will continue to add-on new antibody products and immunological services to better serve our customers and support their research and development projects.

　

1. Polyclonal Antibody

    GL Biochem is able to offer custom antibody production in rabbits using our 70-days program. 

Polyclonal Antibody Program:

• Rabbits: 2

• 70-day conventional program or NIH 90-day program

• pre-immune serum (As a negative control serum): 1x 2ml

• anti-serum: 2x 30 ml

  • Development is setup in steps. Billing is at the beginning of each step, and customer will not be required to pay if the next step is not executed.

  3.      Conjugation Services

GL Biochem offers the following conjugation services at a very competitive price.

• KLH conjugation

• BSA conjugation

•  A quality report will be provided on the confirmation of conjugation  

• The efficiency of conjugation is above 85%

4.      Phosphospecific Antibody

GL Biochem can provide phosphospecific antibody which includes:  

• phosphopeptide synthesis –15 mg purified (>90%, up to 15 mer amino acid residues)  

  • phosphospecific epitope affinity purification: 5mg

  • KLH conjugation used for antibody production: 4mg

  • BSA conjugation: 1mg  

  • Delivery to customer: 5mg  

• Non-phosphopeptide synthesis –11 mg purified (>80%, up to 15 mer amino acid residues)  

  • Affinity depletion: 5mg
